H.Troon Pty Ltd was awarded the contract in early 2010 to construct the new showroom & warehouse for JH Wilberforce who are building & electrical product wholesalers. The complex sits on 12,500 sqm of land including 5,000 sqm of warehouse & 1,000 sqm of office space. The stylish complex is the home to 40 employees & is situated within the northern suburbs industrial estate of Malaga. The building has a five star energy rating and was constructed within a 32 week time frame.
