H.Troon were involved in the construction of an industrial complex for Matrix Composites & Engineering, a leading company in the development of offshore, subsea, mineral processing, military and manufacturing products. This was a 2 stage project located within the Australian Maritime Complex.

Stage 1 comprised of 5 warehouses, with a floor area totaling over 16,00m. Works include the development of test chambers designed to recreate underwater pressure levels of over 10,000 psi, post tensioned areas and the fit-out of offices and amenities. Over 25,000 m of hardstand is also included.

Stage 2 comprised of the construction of 2500m of office space for Matrix Head Quarters over 2 levels. Construction involved the completion of base building and included internal office fit out.
