H.Troon Pty Ltd was contracted for the construction of a 4 level office development located in Lt Ryrie Street, Geelong. The project consisted of 10,000m of office space and 1 level of basement car parking. H.Troon was heavily involved with the developer in the design of the project, helping with cost engineering and buildability throughout.

Access to the building site was extremely restricted during construction. H.Troon managed to construct the project from 1 single street frontage, with occasional use of neighbouring properties which involved close management between parties.

During construction H.Troon was contracted by government tenants, ATO and Centrelink to complete both their integrated office fit out.
