This purpose-built Regency Park 3PL facility is equipped with a 10,000 pallet capacity, 500 pallet temperature-controlled room, dangerous goods bunker, advanced warehousing technology and quarantine services. Environmental initiatives include four rainwater tanks with a total capacity of 186KL, 400 solar panels with a total capacity of 200kW, 250kWh battery power with daylight harvesting capabilities, which support our building automation system that elevates performance while cutting energy costs for this repeat client.
