H.Troon Pty Ltd was engaged by the City of Bendigo for the construction of its new multi-level car park located in the centre of Bendigo CBD. The project consisted of a 5 level concrete structure car park which included the use of a folded aluminium facade system to create natural ventilation to the car park areas. This facade also gives the car park a different look and has now been nicknamed the “Cheese Grater”. H.Troon’s aluminium and structural steel departments were able to manufacture the facade component in our Ballarat factory and deliver to site.

The project also consisted of 2000m of office space fit out for government department, State Trustees. H.Troon integrated the fit out into the construction of the car park, completing both simultaneously.
